How do I care for my leash?
We recommend occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. Allow the leash to air dry naturally and avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing
Are your leashes suitable for strong pullers?
Yes. Our premium rope construction and reinforced hardware are designed to provide excellent strength and durability. We recommend selecting the Pittwater Signature series leash configuration for your puller!
Do you make leashes for Small Dogs?
Absolutely. We offer the lightweight 'Everyday' option specifically suited to smaller breeds while maintaining the same premium materials and craftsmanship
What is the automatic locking clip
Our premium automatic locking clip system is designed to provide additional security and peace of mind. The locking mechanism helps prevent accidental release while remaining simple and convenient to operate.
I need to return my leash. What do I do?
We accept returns on eligible products in accordance with our returns policy. Personalised and custom-made products may be excluded unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Can my leash get wet?
Yes. Our marine-grade rope is designed for outdoor environments and can handle wet conditions. However, we recommend allowing the leash a freshwater rinse and then sit to dry fully after exposure to saltwater.
Are your leashes tested?
Yes. Every Bayside leash undergoes visual inspection and stress testing before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
